This is one of the hardest bosses in the DLC, but it isn't too bad if you follow the strategy that I'm using in this video. The attacks come out really quickly, so you can either learn the Dodge pattern, or you can follow this strategy to make it a lot easier. The main things you have to watch out for are the huge era of effect attacks that he does and the ones that come out quickly and wear down your endurance. This fight isn't too bad with this set up.
This is NG+ at level 150, so it could be done easier at a higher level
