This epic film directed by Roland Emmerich takes us on a chilling journey through a world gripped by catastrophic climate change, where extreme weather events threaten to bring about a new ice age.

From the tornado in LA sequence to that massive tsunami in New York, this film has a lot of spectacle to offer but none of it would matter without the great performances Jake Gyllenhaal and Dennis Quaid brought to the table as Sam and Jack Hall.
