Using the Modular Charging Station (ModIT) allows you to connect your staff with their devices. They can use RFID cards with the inbuilt RFID reader to select a device and unlock the device storage, the easily visible LED’s are colour coded so you can see the device status at a glance reducing any need to be tech savvy when picking a device.
This video explains the RFID reader configuration. So if you're using employee cards or wristbands to monitor and decide the level of access of each employee, this is where you can decide what the RFID card will allow them to do; whether you choose the best device or a specific device that you want that employee to use.
