How to Add Featured Channels on YouTube
How to add featured channels on YouTube to a channel page and what that looks like to visitors on your page. This video describes where the featured channels are, what they are used for and how to create new featured channels on your homepage and 'Channels' tab. The featured channels sidebar only appears when you have featured channels, so make the most of the YouTube featured channels and use it to promote similar channels to you.

It gives you a step by step guide on how to create featured channels and where they display on the page. I recommend keeping your featured channels to a minimum as you will be directing visitors away from your own channel. Featured channels work well when the recipient also has a link to you on their channel page although it is hard to monitor if they remove it. Featured channels are something that I would add if you are strongly connected to that channel / content in some way.
