This video, the fifth in a series on how to make a professional website using WordPress, describes to to write pages and posts, including an "about us" page and a blog page in WordPress.

Also explained in the video: setting up WordPress permalinks, the difference between pages and posts, customizing your website's navigation menu and setting up a static homepage.
