Warframe | Can You SOLO Tridolon With Just A STUG?
I've had this Stug Tridolon run requested a few times now.
It's actually a redeem on my Twitch Channel.
I've had to run it 3 separate night cycles so far the last few months.

Stug Eidolons is actually kind of fun once you get the hang of it. There are a few hitbox issues though, that are much pronounced on Hydrolyst due to the sheer size of the Synovia. The actual hitbox center is inside the Synovia, and being too far away from the center point results in 0 damage. Primed Fulmination is supposed to help with this, but the nerf from +66% to +44% Blast Radius on the pistol mod has also had a side effect of making AoE secondaries have a lot more trouble hitting limbs reliably, mainly affecting Castanas and well, obviously the Stug.
The damage is there, and this would work even without a Riven, however, you are entirely reliant on the Damage Delay, which can cause Synovia to move beyond the AoE hitbox by the time they explode. You also need to scatter your shots, because clumping them up in the same spot ends up resetting the explosion timer and actually loses damage.
This is an absolute meme of a run, and I strongly would not advise doing this unless you're bored. It's still very difficult to pull off, and took me 3 night cycles of attempts to get one decent run Hydro didn't ruin. The Vastilok is a hybrid DPS/Armor strip build to deal with waterlimbs. All builds used are shown at the end.
Ignore me mishandling lures on Hydro capshot charging, and the Gantulyst waterlimb, oops. Also, where tf was the knee hitbox on the last Hydrolyst limb???
