Employees that view their workplace as uncivil are:
3 times more likely to be dissatisfied with their jobs and
Twice as likely to leave their jobs within 12 months
To combat this, consider an emphasis on recognizing employees performance, investing into DE&I and fostering a diverse team, and survey employees to identify where incivility may exist and then take steps to fix it.
