“I want to live inside of a love song” I thought of this first line 6 months or so ago & I couldn’t finish the poem but last night after hunkering down and listening to what felt like a billion love songs I finally figured out why I wanted to live in one so bad :) I hope you love it as much as I do ♥️
LIVE INSIDE A LOVE SONG
I want to live inside of a love song,
where feelings are not afraid to be so intense,
where love dances freely along to the rhythm,
and everything suddenly makes sense.
I want to replay every single verse,
that says no mountain is too high to climb,
no ocean too deep, no river too wide,
no storm too scary to weather with time.
I want to live inside of a love song,
so our love never has a chance to die,
I want the ballad of us to live on forever,
so we never have to say goodbye.
