Ranking ALL Ultra Rare Skins in DBD
Including suggestions and Mock Ups of how I would improve them.
"Tier List" of all the Ultra Rare - Legendary Outfits in DBD. Some are more worth than others, some include audio or extra changes.
This is my criteria for ranking these skins:
-No special changes whatsoever, underwhelming
-Has a better Ultra Rare / Legendary
-Special Sounds, Animations, Effects
-Lobby Music
-Special Features
Remember, all the skins are priced as 15 dollars, so I rank them all equally, with no bias towards the design of a skin over the other, but instead on pure value that you get when paying for the skin.
