Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie!
Today on The Mom's View, Colette walks us through how to make a delicious sweet potato pie smoothie that she recently learned how to make from her friend Ceciley (@cecmonster). It's likely you've never had a sweet potato pie smoothie, but we HIGHLY suggest you give it a try. It is the perfect drink for the fall!
Here is the recipe to Ceciley's sweet potato pie smoothie:
Juice 1 sweet potato or Yam
Juice 1 thick ring of a pineapple
Juice 1 inch of ginger
Pour juice into blender
Add 2 medjool dates
1 tablespoon almond butter
Cinnamon to taste
Splash of almond or coconut milk
Blend it all up and pour it into a glass, then enjoy it relaxing in a pile of fall leaves 🍁
