I've done things with different image formats to make sure it works fine with all formats and the final outcome is that the method works with JPG format and other formats that embedded images from Copy/Paste in Adobe Illustrator. However, if you embed a linked PNG image, single color swatch selection method won't be working BUT "ADJUST COLORS" is still be working with PNG images in RGB mode. Thanks.
