People have been trying to capture strange things on camera since film was invented… sometimes they do. Let’s take a look at a few.
Texas, 1950 – The Cooper family takes a photo in the dining room. They’re celebrating the first night in their brand new home. A few weeks later, they develop the film and discover this. A shadowy figure hanging upside down next to them. They claim the figure was not there when the picture was taken. This photo has been analyzed and confirmed to contain no alteration or editing of any kind.
Norfolk, England, 1936 – Hubert Provand photographs what he claims is the BROWN LADY OF RAYNHAM HALL. She is believed to be the spirit of Dorothy Walpole who is always wearing her favorite brown dress. The official story is that she died of smallpox, but there were rumors that her husband imprisoned her in Raynham Hall and held a fake funeral for her.
North Yorkshire, 1963 – Reverend Kenneth Lord photographs the altar at Newby Hall in the Church of Christ the Consoler. He also captures The SPECTRE OF NEWBY CHURCH. The figure estimated to be 9 feet tall and some say resembles a 16th century monk with a shroud covering its face his face.
