Homemade pie Mannik on kefir.

Today's recipe is probably one of the most homemade pies. It's super budget! Incredibly simple! And mega delicious 🤤🤤🤤

180 gr. Manki is poured with 200 ml. Kefir, let it soak for 10 minutes.
Mix 50 gr. Soft butter, 1 egg, 80 gr. Sahara, 1ch.l. Vanilla sugar, 1 h. л. Baking powder and a pinch of salt.
We mix everything and pour it into a mold.
I grease the form with oil, and on top I sprinkle the entire surface with semolina. The pie is obtained with a crispy crust, as if in breadcrumbs. Tried to do that? 😀
