How to change the Windows 11 theme without activating Windows 11 (leaked build)
In this tutorial I will show you how you can change the theme of the recently announced Windows 11 without activating Windows 11. This is on the build that was leaked prior to Windows 11 even being announced so by the time Windows 11 comes out they may have fixed this.

1. Open File Explorer
2. Head there: C:\\Windows\Resources\Themes
3. Double click a theme to activate it
Note: Activating a new theme can be a little laggy so give your PC a bit of time
