And so on. You’ve probably heard all these things when starting a career in IT or when working within this industry already. It’s time to dispel these myths! How about we just listen to what women say about it? Together with Her Impact, the first platform supporting women's development, we did it and heard some inspiring stories.
Anna Kotowicz and Lilla Łomnicka, Monterail Ruby on Rails developers commented on popular belief about women in IT, shared their development path and advice for beginners. They both joined Monterail as juniors after successfully completing the Ruby Bootcamp – the intensive 2-month course dedicated to getting the necessary skills and knowledge about software development.
