At BR 9.3 the Strela - 10M2 is just ridiculously OP :D It doesnt require any skill to get some kills with it xD On the other hand it's the perfect revenge tool against annoying CAS players. Definitely fun to use but i can imagen what a nightmare can it cause for CAS players when they face it.
