The 6 (or 8) features:
1. How to change your phone case, which can be done by selecting the colour swatch at the top of your sim's phone and selecting a new colour.
2. Adding multiple outfits, which can be done in create a sim by clicking the up arrow and then adding + outfits, with a max of five per outfit type (e.g. everyday, active)
3. When roofing click SHIFT + C for more functionality in modifying the roof
4. Lighting controls. Be aware that you can select lights and adjust their brightness and change their colour. This can be done on individual lights or for an entire room or an entire house at once.
5. Kitchen counters and cabinetry. When selecting colour swatches, click on the gear to turn auto counters off, and a range of counter/cabinetry options will then appear.
6.1. When placing walls, click on the little wall height icons to change their height.
6.2. With fish tanks, you can drag and drop any fish you catch into them, rather than being restricted to the types of fish you can buy.
6.3. When placing stairs, there will be a little arrow about half way up that can be twisted to change the stair and let it change direction part way up.
