In order to get it, you need to kill a bunch of bosses.

Destroyer.
Skeleton Prime.
Plantera.
Golem.
Lunatic cultist.
Also now we break all 4 pillars.

Namely, from the Stardust Pillar.
And from the moonlord we get the Luminite we need.
But in order to make a complete set of armor, we need to kill the Moonlord twice.

So we kill him again.
Now go to the Ancient Manipulator and make a Luminite Bar.
In total, we need 36 ingots.
And also have 45 Stardust Fragment.
Now, near the Ancient Manipulator, we make the armor set itself.
