1 chicken (2100g)
I washed and dried the chicken first

3 tablespoons sour cream
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon curry
Black pepper
1 tablespoon ketchup
Brush the chicken thoroughly on all sides, reserving some of the sauce

Peel off the skin with a spoon
Brush the chicken under the skin with the sauce
Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours
5-6 potatoes
1 zucchini
1 carrot
Red onion, roughly chopped
2 peppers
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
olive oil
Preheat a frying pan with frying oil
Sear the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side to lightly brown the skin
Place the chicken on a baking sheet
Cover with damp silicone parchment paper (if using regular parchment paper, don't press the chicken too hard, the parchment may stick)
Add vegetables
Bake for 25 minutes at 220°C and another 25 minutes at 200°C
Remove the parchment paper and bake for a further 5 minutes at 200°C
The chicken will be very juicy and fragrant
