What is AWS Sumerian and where it is used?
AWS Sumerian could be used to create, test and deploy AR and VR applications on the AWS cloud. It can be used to build Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality application. Sumerian is very powerful tool to design you immersive application that can scale very effectively on the cloud. It can also be integrated with other cloud services on AWS such as S3 (Simple Storage Service), Cloud watch, Lambda, Cognito and much more. It can also be used as an intermediary tool or a pipeline tool that can be used for some parts of application design, be it before designing from scratch that can be exported later to advanced rendering software such as Blender. It can also be used for applying a final touch to predesigned objects and scenes by importing components in obj or fbx format.
Here in this course, you will learn following lessons on AWS Sumerian:
Create and customize a Scene
Entity position, rotation and scale
Import Assets and set material properties
Detailed material properties and assets
Working with Camera
Point, Environment, Direction, Spot lights
Save and export as gitf
Import root gitf in Blender and Exporting Obj file
Import obj and fbx in AWS Sumerian

You could create a Scene in AWS Sumerian and use 3d shapes to create entities
You could Add various types of materials on 3d objects such as metal, leather, etc
Moreover you could create various types of Cameras and Lights such as Point, Directional, and Spotlight
You could also export this Scene as a gITF file and work on it in software such as Blender
And you could import other 3d models and scenes using object file in Sumerian
