We've all been there. Your lungs are burning, legs are screaming, and everything in you wants you to give up. Don't!

Not only will you develop awful training habits, like turtling an giving up your back, but you'll let your MIND weaken! Quitting in training is a slippery slope, and you'll find yourself giving up sooner and sooner.

Instead, dig deep and embrace where you are. Fight through the discomfort and you'll come out stronger.
