Making A Quick & Easy Loaf of Bread with My Ninja® Kitchen Food Processor dough feature

In this video I make a quick and easy loaf. It can be made by kneading by hand which I demonstrate.

Recipe
500 grams of strong flour (I used 300 grams strong white and 200 grams wholemeal)
300 mls water
1tbs coconut oil or any other oil
6-7 grams salt
pack of yeast (7g)
(optional mixed seeds) I usually put this in.

200 grams = 1 1/4 cups 300grams = 1 3/4 cups + 2 tablespoon. 6grams is 1 teaspoon 7grams is 2 teaspoons. 300ml water is 1 1/4 cups.

Weigh out flour, salt and yeast in a food processor or in a bowl if doing by hand. Mix with spoon. The add the water and oil and either blend in the food processor on the dough setting which is usually low with the dough blade for about a minute. It will have formed a ball which you can see. If by hand, then mix together with hand until a ball is formed, then knead on a work top with a bit of. flour until soft and elastic. It takes me about 10 min max. It should look smooth. Put in a bowl and cover until its doubled in size at least. Some where warm is good. Then take it out and it will deflate. Shape into desired shape or put a in 1lb greased loaf tin which I did. Cover again and it should double in size and at least reach the top of the loaf tin. Some people scour the top at this stage which I used to but it deflates it sometimes. Put the oven on 220c make sure it is preheated to this before you put your bread in. Move to the oven and place it in gently so as to not knock any air out. Bake for 25-30 minutes. I like to bake for 30 mins as I like it crusty. When done, put on a cooling rack if you have one. Knock on the bottom of it and if you hear it sounds hollow, it is cooked. If its not making that sound...maybe put it back in for a bit that's what I do. When it has cooled down, slice it...hopefully it will be perfect. 100% white is easiest to make I would say on a first time but doing the 300g white 200g brown will make good results I would say.
