What can you do with PrestaShop Loyalty Points?
Let me help you with the functionalities of this module.
1. You can set the value of 1 loyalty point for multiple currencies.
2. Set a minimum amount required to redeem the loyalty points.
The module has some defined rules and lets you provide loyalty points on a number of factors. To understand better, visit the Loyalty Points Rules section and you will find that it is split into three parts: Cart Rule, Behaviour Rule, and Product Rule.

Let’s understand each rule type, and we will begin with the Cart rule.
Click on edit, and you will be presented with 3 columns named Configuration, Condition and Notifications. These will be the same in all the 3 rules.
Under configuration, you can specify the loyalty points that will be offered to the customer when this particular rule is followed.
You can specify a period for this rule and also set validity for the loyalty points.
Under the Conditions tab, you can set the conditions that need to be followed for a customer to receive the loyalty points. The conditions could be related to the total amount, items quantity, total weight, payment method and shipping method. And you can specify whether all the conditions needs to be followed or any of the mentioned, by setting an AND or an OR condition.
The notifications tab consists of an email template which you can customize the way you want.
Everything is same in all the rules except conditions.
For Behaviour Rule, you can set two conditions which are- Customer does a successful sign-up or places the first order or you can select both.
For Product rule, you can set the conditions for the product price, product category and product id.
Moving forward are a few more tabs like Loyalty Points Balance, Loyalty Points History and Email notifications, which you will easily understand once you go through the module.
