He mentions that while anything in excess is considered ‘unhealthy carbs’, if you use them correctly and time them properly, they can be really efficient sources of food. -Cruciferous Vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts)
-Foods high in Fiber (Navy beans, Avocados, Chia Seeds, Broccoli)
