3. Community – get to know your close neighbors
4. Second floor and up, avoid flooding from hurricanes
5. Regular maintenance and safety checks
Condo cons:
1. Sometimes higher condo association dues/increased condo duess
2. Upstairs neighbors – stomping/tv’s/alarm clocks/shouting/sitting on lanai and other convos/smoking
