A significant part of the build must be your own work
If you started from an exhibition build you must credit the original builder
build from exhibition with reworked weapon layout is ok
build from exhibition with a new paint job is not ok

It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. Youtube however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
