Hi, my name is Veronique Lalonde. I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Angel Host.
We manage properties in the United States, in Mexico, in the Carribeans in general, also in Europe, in Spain, in Luxembourg. So we are pretty much all over the world.
When we started using Guesty we were managing five properties and we now manage more than 500 properties. So in three years we have gone from five to 500 properties.
When we decided to launch this company, our idea was to bring this management of the properties to another level.
We wanted to have the best technology. The first tool that we had to look for was the PMS. For us, Guesty was and is still the best PMS in the industry because it offers many great features. One of them being the Unified Inbox. For us this was the base of everything. The inbox also has to have the ability to have automations in it, and Guesty has a great communication workflow and automated messages. Another thing we needed was the ability to have automated messages in the languages of the guests.
Guesty has helped our business grow in many ways. One of them, having the peace of mind again, that we have a tool that is robust, strong, that we can rely on.
For example one of the worst nightmares for any PMC is having double bookings. Thanks to Guesty’s calendar synchronization through all the channels, we don’t have double bookings.
Because what we do is done remotely using the technology, we don’t need to be where the properties are. We can be anywhere in the world. Because Guesty is a very robust platform, we were not afraid to move from five to 500 properties in three years and we are not afraid to move now from 500 properties to 5,000 properties in the next year or so, or very soon.
