To transfer unrestricted stock to project stock in SAP, follow these step-by-step instructions:
First, log in to the SAP system and go to the SAP Easy Access Menu.
From the menu, select Logistics - Materials Management - Inventory Management - Goods Movement - Goods Movement (MIGO).
In the Goods Movement screen, select Movement Type 412Q. This movement type is used to transfer unrestricted stock to project stock.
In the next field, enter the plant code where the stock is located.
In the next field, enter the storage location where the stock is located.
Next, enter the material code for the stock that you want to transfer to project stock.
In the Quantity field, enter the quantity of stock that you want to transfer.
