Salesforce CRM Integration to PRM partner portal

🔵 So the ability for our partners to communicate with our Salesforce and for our Salesforce to communicate with our partners was a real driving characteristic.
🔵 Because we allow our partners to go in and update things on their opportunities.
🔵 So if a close date changes, if the next step changes, they have the ability to notify us and It sends a message from our sales force to our sales people so that they're staying on top of the opportunity.
🔵 So that was completely missing before because the only way that we were getting information was if the partner thought to call us or if we were calling them.
🔵 So that integration has been huge. So we use these two religiously. So we're on top of deal registration and pipeline every day.”
