5 Minute Instant MARSHMALLOWS RECIPE :
12g Gelatin Sheets(5 sheets) or 1 1/2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin powder
120g (1/2 cup) Water to add to the gelatin
1 tsp Vanilla
60g (2 ounces) Corn Syrup OR a light flavored honey
200g (1 cup) Sugar
2-3 tbsp of Water to add to the sugar and honey( or corn syrup)
Pinch of Salt
In the video I demonstrate how to make marshmallows 2 easy ways. A traditional method and a quick instant 5 minute one!
Use whichever method u prefer, they come out great both ways!!
