ccBattleCards is a Battle Card Web Applicbuation / Game Dev Project, that we are building on Twitch!
I am open source software on Linux (Ubuntu) to create this project!

1) Linux (I use Ubuntu, but you can use your favorite Operating System)
2) Front End: Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS

I use Pencil Sheep (open source Linux image editor) for graphics. If you use Windows, I recommend Paint.net.
