But she also leaves behind a personal legacy as a domestic violence survivor that has touched millions. Lifelong Tine Turner fan Danielle “Queen D.” Scott, the assistant chair of the ensemble department at Berklee College of Music, and Rev. Traci Jackson, Director of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Project for Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, joined Liz Neisloss to discuss how the Queen of Rock and Roll inspired generations of musicians and bolstered awareness of the realities of domestic violence.
