We have discussed the Compute Engine and Virtual Machine concepts in GCP in detail. Now, We will create a virtual machine in GCP using gcloud and explore all options during creation.

We can review “gcloud compute instances create --help” for details of options available for VM creation through gcloud. We can use the option that we want to configure for the newly created VM.

A list of gcloud command options is very long for VM creation. We will use some of the major options for VM creation using gcloud.
