In this video I sat down with one of the greats, Justine. Justine is MY Mum, and now Grandmother to my two babies. Mum is my hero. Justine gave up her progressing career to care for her four children, one of which who fell incredibly ill. An illness that rocked Mum, and our family to the core.
Justine was thrust into motherhood at the ripe age of 21yrs, and into grandparent-hood at just 46yrs. Sorry Mum #lol
Mum has always led her life with so much positivity, kindness and generosity and I am so excited to delve into her inner struggles as a stay a home Mama, a Mama to four very different children and her advice to those who too may be walking in similar shoes.
Forewarning. Today we will be discussing mental health. This is OUR experience. By no mean’s should anyone compare their story, their family, or their child. If you, or anyone you know is struggling seek help. Below are some helpful resources.

There will be tears, laughter and everything in between. Some Mamas you may have heard of and some you may not of. However I can assure you that each of them have a beautiful story that deserves to be heard. Their stories will resonate with so many, and I am SO proud to be introducing my online world to the women in my world that inspire me everyday.
Together we will share their stories to inspire, educate and relate to you all.
