Garlic Knots | Garlic Bread Rolls | Dinner Rolls
Garlic knots are super easy, garlic flavoured dinner rolls that are simple to make using your pizza dough. Learn how to make them easily at home. Serve them with any dip/sauce or plain butter.

Ingredients:
For the yeast solution:
1-1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons lukewarm water
For the dough:
360 grams all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the garlic butter:
6 tablespoons (90 grams) unsalted butter
10 grams (4-5 flakes) garlic, minced
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
