In today's breath, we'll be doing 60 reps of deep, intensive breathing patterns at different velocities. After you've finished your 60-breaths, we will do a breathhold for 2-mins.
If you can't make it to two minutes, that's okay - in this video, I teach a technique called the "Emergency Breath" which you can use to prolong your breath holds.
We'll be doing this for 4-Rounds!
