No Sugar, No Guilt! Healthy Almond Pudding in Just 10 Mins! #healthydessert #healthydeserts
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of Partly skimmed milk of Great Value
2. 2 tbsp of Organic Almond flour
3. 2 tbsp of honey
4. Few drops of vanilla extract
5. 1 tsp of Cornstarch
For Garnish (Optional)
2-3 Crushed Pecans
2 tbsp of Low-fat Whipping Cream
Method:
Mix 1 cup of Skimmed Milk, vanilla extract, 2 tbsp of ALMOND FLOUR and 2 tbsp of honey in a bowl and cook it in a microwave for about 2-3 minutes or until it starts to boil. Make a batter of a tsp cornstarch in a1-2 tbsp of milk add that batter into the warm milk mixture and mix well with a fork then warm up the mixture in the microwave for about one n half minute or until it starts to boil n thickens don’t overheat. They chill it in a freezer for about 2 hours…..voila a low-fat sugar free pudding is ready to serve garnish it with low-fat whipping cream or low-fat sour cream and enjoy 😊
