Dragon Fruit Flower Bud - Update 8: 21 days (extensive color change)
This is an update to my American Beauty Dragon Fruit series. In this video, the skin is changing very rapidly to the pink color expected. The protective cover petals are beginning to open as you would see on a ripened dragon fruit. The size of the fruit has not changed by a noticeable amount yet, but I expect that will be a gradual change over the next 4 weeks until it is ripe and ready for us to eat.
