The political turmoil in Maharashtra, triggered by a rebellion of a group of Shiv Sena MLAs led by cabinet minister #EknathShinde, shows no signs of heading towards a resolution. Maharashtra assembly deputy speaker has issued a disqualification notice to 16 of the rebel MLAs on June 25. Meanwhile, Sena workers today vandalised an office of rebel Sena MLA, who is currently camping at Radisson Blu hotel in Guwahati, Assam.
