Proper paramotor training is all about glider control but to do glider control properly and safely you need a real actual certified paragliding harness. There are many fake instructors out there and fake experts selling garbage we call the crap strap where they sew up just ridiculous straps to try to pretend it's a "kiting harness". These things are horrible and can get you killed. Kiting can very quickly become flying and if you don't have a proper harness with certified height hook in points that is designed for flight it can get very ugly very quickly. So many don't perceive the serious dangers of kiting outside of SUPER training. A paraglider is so powerful it can literally pick up a truck and it's extremely important you have the right training, skills and gear to do it properly and safety. Soooo many people have been injured kiting. Don't think you can just get a wing and a harness and go "play with it".
