🏡 Hamilton home sales continue to bottom out as housinginventory climbs to record levels! Is this simply due to a slow summer market or is it indicating something bigger?

If you hadn’t heard, we just had our 3rd rate cut in a row from the Bank of Canada bringingthe overnight rate to 4.25% and so brining variable mortgage rate holders down andgiving a bit of reprieve with the prediction of up to 3 more rate cuts comingbefore the end of the year. Meanwhile fixed rates are down under 5% as the bond markethas been coming down over the past number of months So Is the worst behind us?
