Beautiful: The Carole King Musical is now playing at the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco. If you haven't had a chance to see it yet - it's about the early life and career of legendary singer and songwriter, Carole King. It tells the story of her relationship with her husband and songwriting partner, Gerry Goffin as well as that of fellow writers and best friends, Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil.
I had a chance to talk to actors Ben Fankhauseur and Becky Gulsvig. They play Barry and Cynthia in the touring production.
