Nisi Black Diffusion comparison | Lumix S5ii | Sigma 28-70 2.8
I have been filming with the K&F 1/8 diffusion filter. I picked up the kit from Nisi because I heard good things about it. Wanted to compare the 1/8 and 1/4 strength. To me the 1/4 desaturates the colors a little too much for my taste. I feel 1/8 is the sweet spot. In comparison to the K&F its al little more subtle and not as aggressive. Sometimes I have to remove my K&F 2/8 because it blooms the highlights too much. Based on this test I think the Nisi 1/8 is subtle and natural and I like that. Is this kit worth $175.00 not at all. I am not going to be using the 1/4 at all. I am not sure if I like it better than the K&F but I think I'm going to keep it haha
