How to Roll Sushi - Technique
I will show you the technique of how to rolling Futomaki Zushi. I think you will find it easier to roll Futomaki roll than hosomaki roll, which is thin roll. You may want to master this technique first then try to make hosomaki roll. I think you may think easy to roll after you watch this video.
by the way, I call Futomaki-zushi instead of Futomaki-sushi. There is a unique rule in Japanese, we say zushi instead of sushi when sushi is used with a word describing the type of sushi.
