Following In His Footsteps: Nick and Myah Aranda
A CrossFit family who competes together and supports each other no matter the distance.
In Episode 8 of “Hear Their Stories,” meet the Aranda family, where CrossFit is a family tradition. Nick, owner of CrossFit Anavah, and his daughter, Myah, have been training together since she was 4 years old. Now 15, Myah and Nick both qualified for the 2024 CrossFit Games.
Competing in different divisions — with Nick in the masters and Myah in the teenage division — they cheered each other on from across the country as their competitions took place in different locations.
