We have been working with John and Peggy in Dallas for several years. Their lawn has always done well until a hard freeze in December and ice in January. By late April, it was struggling so badly that John and Peggy's homeowner's association contacted them about replacing it!
John and Peggy didn't want to spend money replacing their lawn, so they asked Village Green for help and options. After reviewing the property, I told them they did not need to replace the lawn. With our fertilization plan and proper watering, this St. Augustine lawn would bounce back and look fine.
