Surplus FAA Tower Beacon Warning Light
Recently Ax-Man Surplus gave me two broken tower lights to play with. These are big LED arrays in a waterproof dome enclosure, and they're HEAVY!
Unfortunately neither light worked. I was able to briefly bring one back to life by wiring around a burned-out LED, but then another LED started smoking!
If anyone has ideas for how I can fix these, or how to re-use them for something else, let me know in the comments!
