Operation Kraken is the AFP's biggest operation in years and centred on one main target – a 32-year-old Sydney man named Jay Je Yoon Jung who they allege is the mastermind behind an encrypted messaging app designed solely for organising high level crime.
7.30 was given exclusive access to the AFP's investigation into the app known as 'Ghost'.
