Mango Ice Cream in a Blender Recipe ไอศรีมมะม่วงง่ายสุดๆ Hot Thai Kitchen
A ridiculously simple ice cream recipe that is ridiculously delicious! This mango ice cream is done in a blitz (literally!) using only a blender and 3-4 simple ingredients. Trust me, you'll be amazed, as I was, at how good this ice cream is given how easy and quick it is to make! Now every time good sweet mango goes on sale I buy a whole bunch and freeze them just for this occasion! Just one note: mango makes up a very large proportion of this recipe so it's really important that you use good, ripe mango for this! Enjoy!

About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via YouTube videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes.
