I lived vegan for 30 days
Veganism is the most important food trend. By now, there are 1.3 million vegans in Germany, with rising tendency. But what actually are the reasons for living vegan? Is it really healthier and better for the environment or simply a trend for making more profit? And of course above all: How difficult is it to live vegan?
In my self-experiment I test living vegan for 30 days, speaking to experts and letting my blood being examined.
